Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Noz IPTV apps and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. The publisher is presented in the legal notice.

1. What Noz IPTV is

Noz IPTV is a player: it plays the playlists you point it to. Noz IPTV does not provide, host, sell or recommend any channel, film, series or other content. The app contains no content and offers no subscription to an IPTV service. You must have your own subscription, from the provider of your choice.

Video streams do not pass through our servers: your device plays them straight from your provider.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You alone are responsible for your choice of provider and for the content you watch. You agree to use only content and sources you have the right to use, and to comply with applicable law, copyright and your provider’s terms.
  • We do not control providers and cannot be held responsible for their content, availability or practices.
  • You keep control of your playlist credentials and your password. Tell us if you think your account has been used without your consent.

3. Your account

Some features, such as sync between devices or remote playback control, require an account. You create an account with an e-mail address you control, or with Apple or Google. The information you give must be accurate. You must be at least 15 years old to use Noz IPTV and create an account.

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website. Deletion is final.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Noz IPTV to infringe the rights of others, including by accessing content without authorisation;
  • disrupt the service, try to access other people’s accounts or data, or bypass rate limits or security measures;
  • send excessive automated requests to the API;
  • copy, decompile or modify the app beyond what the law or the licences of its open-source components allow.

5. Your data

Your data remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

6. Price

Noz IPTV is free today and has no ads. A paid plan, Noz+, is planned. Its price and terms will be shown before any purchase and will apply only with your explicit agreement. The purchase channel and its terms will be shown to you before any purchase.

7. Third-party services

Noz IPTV relies on third-party services: Cloudflare for hosting, Apple and Google for sign-in, TMDB for details and images, YouTube for trailers. Their own terms apply to their use. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

8. Intellectual property

The Noz IPTV name, the logo, the app and this website are protected. The open-source components the app includes remain under their respective licences. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee it at all times. We may change it, suspend it for maintenance or remove a feature. Playing your playlists on your device does not depend on our servers, but sync and remote control do.

10. Warranties and liability

The app is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damage, for data loss caused by something outside our control, or for providers’ content. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, and your consumer rights, including statutory guarantees, are unaffected.

11. Suspension and end

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service, after telling you where possible. You can stop using Noz IPTV at any time.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. For an important change, we tell you in the app or by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the change.

13. Governing law and disputes

French law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim before the courts provided for by law. For any other dispute, the courts of the publisher’s place of residence have jurisdiction.

Noz IPTV is free and its publisher is a private individual with no professional activity: no consumer mediator applies today. A mediator will be designated, and their contact details published here, before any paid offer (Noz+) launches.
